Greater Cincinnati School Credit Union

I have been their customer approximately fifteen years.  Every experience with them has been good.  Every employee has been very courteous and efficient, whether I called on the telephone or met them face to face.

Closing My Account, Bank Employees Aren't Friendly

I work 8-5 Monday - Friday at the University of Cincinnati. I have to rush to get over to the central parkway location by the time GCCU closes at 5:30 to do my banking in person. I make it roughly 5 minutes before they close. Everytime I come in at this time everyone is busy closing up and makes me fell like I'm a burden. No one is friendly and the bank employees are too busy dealing with closing procedures. This is the only time I can make it to the bank. I'm closing my account because I don't want to deal with bank employees that lack friendly customer service. And I don't like the banking fees. I've only had my account 3 months and I'm closing it because the bank employees are not friendly and are all to ready to close up before 5:30pm. I understand wanted to leave when it's time to close, I've worked customer service but this bank needs to remember the workers that work get off work at 5:00pm
