I LOVE Heritage Bank!
5 stars - BaldwinFF03 - Wednesday, May 8, 2013 - 4:35 PM

I have never been so happy with a bank as I have with Heritage.  The employees are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across!  I almost always use the drive thru in downtown and on the westside.  At both places and at other locations that I visit less frequently, Tumwater and Lacey, the employees are always cheerful, helpful and nice.  All I ever have to do is call or tell them face-to-face what I need and they will take care of my request for me.  They don't make me jump through endless hoops just to be their customer.  I will stay with Heritage as long as they continue their dedicated customer service, which is ACTUAL service in a time where that phrase has pretty much lost its meaning.

Online Banking

The online banking is extremely hard to navigate, the page is way to congested with offers and options that you may not want to use but you can't get rid of them, they clutter up your page with unwanted options.
