Worst Service Of Any Bank

Sunrise and Madison branch 9/29/2012 1PM Saturday. Went to open a bank account. 4 people working at the bank no other customers but me and only 1 was able to open the account. She was on the phone and rudely stated she was on her break and I would have to wait for 20 min before she could help.

I got up and left worst service of any bank I have ever been to and I have many accounts at many banks.

Why Did They Change Everything

I, too, have a grievance with the branch on Madison and Sunrise. They changed everything, from the staff to the interior. The customer service is awful. The manager Kimmi is the worst always rude and acts like she better than everyone, even her one staff!I asked her her name and rather then tell me she pointed to her name plate. Rude piece of work, she is. Instead of asking me for my Id she reached out and picked up my wallet, who the heck does she think she is? I have been with the bank for about 12 years(customer), maybe more. I miss Joe a and his staff, real nice people and very kind. I guess Heritage is going another direction. Sad, they don't care about us anymore.Thinking about going another direction myself. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
