Bad Customer Service
1 stars - VeronikaG - Thursday, October 25, 2012 - 5:44 PM

I visited Lisle savings bank on Maple on Monday, 10/22/12 with my mother with a goal to open an account for her. We waited for about 1/2 hour  and left . The receptionst was semi-friendly, nobody realy was interested to take care of us as we were new to this bank. Overall the environment inside is very laid back and relaxed, I would say definitely not business like compare to Chase were people give you maximum attention right away. All employees whom I saw were over the age of 50, no young, fresh energetic faces. I needed this location on Maple since my Mom moved to 4 Lakes. We went to TCF in Jewel instead and opened an account for her. P.S. I am not anonymous, my name is Veronika G.
