Customer Service Used To Be MUCH Better

I have had an account with NMB&T since 1997 or 98.  Until a few years ago it was an exceptionally good bank with great customer service.  I don't know what changed on their end but this relationship is slowly ending.  There have been several major errors in information that I received over the phone that cost me a lot of time and money. Then they started charging me a service fee to use my card, on top of what I pay for the other banks ATM.  They have no ATMs where I live, the closest is 60 miles.  Every time I use the card the fees are close to $5 now, or I can drive 60 miles.  Not only did they start charging the $1.50 but the initially did it twice for one transaction.  They really don't care anymore and I really don't see much point in having an account with them.  I have opened an account at NMEFCU.
