5.65% 7-Month CD at a Dallas Bank (Jefferson)

Jefferson Bank is advertising a special 5.65% APY 7-month certificate of deposit. The minimum deposit is $10K and the maximum is $250K per household. Funds must be new to the bank. The offer expires at the end of February 12, 2007. This 5.65% APY special doesn't seem to be listed at the bank's website. The rates page does list a promotional 5.40% APY 7-month special. This 5.65% special was advertised in today's Dallas Morning News. The ad is available online here.
