5.66% 5-Month CD at Wachovia in Houston

Wachovia is advertising a 5.66% APY 5-month CD. The minimum deposit is $5,000. A new or existing personal checking account is required. This CD special isn't listed at Wachovia's website. It was advertised in the Houston Chronicle. The ad is available online here. According to the ad, it's available only at the Sharpstown Financial Center (7302 Bellaire Boulevard, 713-772-0316).
