Diamond Credit Union continues to offer some competitive rates on its Jumbo long term share certificates. These rates have gone down since my last post in July, but they're still competitive considering today's rate environment. The rates include a 5.25% APY for 5 and 10 year terms, a 5.20% APY for a 4 year term and a 5.15% APY for a 3 year term. The Jumbo CDs have a minimum deposit of $75,000. Rates are 10 basis points lower for a minimum of $1,000.
Field of membership includes anyone who lives, works, worships, regularly conducts business or attends school in Berks County or the Tri-County Region of Pennsylvania. Membership requires a minimum $5 deposit into the share savings account. Please see the Ask Diamond page for more details.
Branches are located in Pottstown, Wyomissing and West Reading, PA. The credit union is federally insured by the NCUA (Charter # 68241). It has $287.7 million in assets and 32,968 members.

Sorry this is not the right place to write this, but I was wondering if any of you guys applied for the FNBO 2% credit card. I just did and it tells me that I'll hear from them in 2-4 weeks, does it actually take so long? Thanks.

I haven't applied for one. 2-4 weeks does seem like a long time, but banks are often conservative when they give a timeframe. Here are some of my recent FNBO Direct posts: their cash back credit card launch and their launch of checking and CDs

Thank you! I just got an email a few minutes ago saying that I was approved and that I'll receive my card in 7-10 business days. I'll let you know when I actually get it FYI.
