LOMTO Federal Credit Union has several high certificate rates listed in its rate table. The best rate is 5.22% APY for terms of 12 and 24 months. The longer term CDs have rates close to this: 5.12% APY for 3 and 4 year terms and 5.17% APY for the 5-year term. These are also available as an IRA certificate.

My last report on this credit union was in September when it was offering CD yields of 5.48%.
