4.32% 9-Month CD at a Texas Credit Union (Velocity).

Velocity Credit Union is offering a special 4.32% APY 9-month share certificate. The minimum deposit is $5,000. It's also available in an IRA certificate. The offer is available through March 14, 2008.

Field of membership includes those who live or work in Williamson County, San Marcos, Round Rock or within a 10-mile radius of any Velocity branch or ATM (This includes the areas in and around Austin, Texas). You can also be eligible via employers/organizations or via family. Membership requires a minimum $5 deposit into the savings account.

The credit union is federally insured by the NCUA (Charter # 68359). It has $426.1 million in assets and 84,706 members.
