3.50% 60-Month CD at CEF Credit Union in IL & CA - Local Only


CEF Credit Union is offering two competitive long-term CD rates: 3.50% APY for 5 years and 3.25% APY for 4 years. Minimum deposit is $1,000. An extra 0.10% is added for Jumbo certificates with a $100,000 minimum. These rates are listed at the credit union's rate table as of 12/02/09. These are also listed at Valley Credit Union's rate table. Valley Credit Union was a California credit union that was merged into CEFCU with help from the NCUA at the end of last year. It's now a division of CEFCU.

Membership into CEFCU is open to anyone who lives or works in one of many counties in Illinois. Please refer to CEFCU's membership eligibility page for the full details. Membership into Valley CU is open to anyone who lives, regularly works or regularly worships in Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County or Alameda County of California.
