Progress Just Lowered Their Rate To

Progress just lowered their rate to .86 percent.  They said they sent out letters but we didn't recieve one.  Talking to the bank, they have recieved lots of calls now that our statements have come in and it doesn't sound like many recieved the letters.  They said they don't know when the rate will be moved back up.
