I Have A Reward Checking Account At Touchmark

I have a Reward Checking account at Touchmark.  Today I received a letter in the mail indicating that the rate was dropping from 4.18% to 3%.  It's been 4.18 for a long time and used to be on balances up to $50K but they lowered that to $25K cap recently.
