Does not offer ACH - you must wire in money and they charge $3 for incoming wires. Outgoing wires are $12. Reduces their APY somewhat. Not great service in my opinion.
Recently I was informed by credit union provider of identity protection my coverage had been cancelled. When I ask the representative with Identity Secure who authorized the cancellation I was told to contact the financial institution where I purchased the service. I contacted the credit union and spoke to a representative regarding the cancellation without my authorization and why the fee for service was still being deducted from my account. The representative would not provide the information I requested. I commend the credit union for refunding the fees, however I believe there is a communication problem between the credit union and identity protection provider.
I was looking to buy concert tickets from Ticketmaster and a scam website called ticket smarter which has an f rating with all the scam sites out of thousands of reviews people 70 something percent of the time do not get their product. Their website logo looks just like Ticketmaster. Anyway I filed for a chargeback because I was supposed to receive concert tickets on February 5th it is April 21st and I still have not received them even though I lost the charge back. Couldn't really read the findings considering that a bound credit Unions printer must have been running out of ink can they still had the nerve to send a faded copy of the argument that ticket smarter sent. Issue was that I reached out the ticket smarter they told me that the tickets were coming from a third party company to reach out to them and when I did they said they had no idea who I was and then I've never bought tickets from them. The only defense ticket smarter had was that the concert is not till July of this year and that is literally what a bound credit Union told me I lost because the concert hasn't occurred yet even though the tickets were supposed to be delivered by the 5th and they did not accept any of the email proof I had where they said they couldn't find me as a customer. They charge you a dollar to use your debit card as well.
I have been a member of this credit union for years. I cannot say enough how they have worked with me to improve my financial position.
