My experience with Advantage Plus Credit Union has always been very positive. If I ever had an issue, they were always very prompt, and great to work with, and they kept in touch very well when dealing with any issues. They have two three locations, and my only negative comment would be regarding password change on an account. That particular service can only be dealt with at their main branch across town, and when the customer goes to do that, they are escorted to a small room back in the back of the Credit Union, and the transaction then takes place with their security person witnessing it. While this is a very, very good security measure, it also is kind of inconvenient traveling clear across town just in order to change a pass code which may have been forgotten, or time-wise, which may have become very old and just needs to be changed.
Advantage Plus also had very good rates on their savings and investments, and their fees were also quite reasonable.

I am a former account holder with Advantage Plus Credit Union in Pocatello, ID. My rating would be a four star as I liked most everything except for their proximity. If business with them required going into the credit-union one branch was approximately five miles away, ten round trip and the other was about three one way but when one is without a vehicle it required a bit of walking including up a steep hill which was below the local hospital. Although the route there and back was also one that is popular with students who walk to the university, or who are out jogging, during Winter it was also a little hard to deal with. Their main branch was also on the far side of Pocatello which was also hard and required a bus-trip. Other than that, their customer service was very good, they were prompt in answering questions, and most of the time their deposits to accounts were also quick and timely as was their direct deposit. They had good interest rates, and their per month charges were low. I would also recommend them to anyone with transportation, or who lives in proximity of their branches.
