Accounts with AAFCU going on 15 years
We have had our checking and savings account with Air Academy for over 15 years now. We have been very happy with the credit union. Our checking and savings account do not have any fees on them. We do have to use their ATM's or we do get charged and they do not refund ATM fees. This isn't a big deal most of the time as we live near a branch but is kind of a headache when traveling. I love Air Academy's online banking as it allows me to do 99% of my banking online. It is very easy to use, very easy to send checks to company's or individuals. I also use their mobile banking application which is great for depositing checks without leaving the house and having to the drive to the branch. Over the years, we have been very happy with Air Academy as we have paid very little, if any fees and any time we go into the branch the staff is very helpful and efficient. I would recommend AAFCU to anyone.
Very Very Bad Service
Payed off vehicle back in July and have yet to receive truck title. Have not gotten a call back to fix this or gotten any update. Customer service is horrible and waiting on the phone takes up a lot pf your day. I have called and left my number 3 times now as of Oct 27th.
