I have been with Alabama Credit Union, a small bank with locations in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida, since 2008. Since 2008, it has grown and opened several more locations, but the level of service has remained constant. They have always been able to answer any questions that I have. They have always had locations for me to easily access. While I lived in Tuscaloosa, they had a branch on the University of Alabama's campus which made going to the bank very easily. As I previously stated, they have been growing, and they now have a branch in my hometown, which I am quite pleased about. They always have my bank statements updated and correct. For me, banking with this smaller credit union is much more rewarding than banking with someone like Wells Fargo, Chase, PNC, etc. It has a much more "home town" and familiar feel.
