I HAD AN ACCOUNT THAT I HAD TO CLOSE TODAY AFTER 7 YEARS. THEY WAS CHARGING ME $20 MONTHLY EVEN IF MY ACCOUNT WAS DOMESTIC.
NO ONE WANTED TO DO ANYTHING. THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED A GUY AND THE GUY SAID WE CAN REFUND $20 (THEY TOOK MORE THAN $200) IF I WONT CLOSE IT. THIS WAS A SCAM. THEY ROBBED CUSTOMERS.
I was a customer for 6 years, if you move your money very often, try not to reach the account balance to 0 because the bank will CLOSE your account because "new politics", so, no penalties, no overdraft fees, you only get the "kick in the butt" treatment from customer service.
