This bank is terrible to our American veterans, my father is a disabled Vietnam veteran, he cannot drive a car, work a computer, tablet or smart phone and because the bankers have a hard time understanding him and are just plain lazy, they informed him that they have started charging him $3 per phone transaction. My father is on a very limited budget and this ridiculous fee will definitely cause them to loose my father’s and my account. Hope their $3 dollars holds up their lazy irritation.
