Very Poor Customer Service

My mother has an account here and she passed away. My brother gets her mail forwarded to him as I live out of the country. He told me last August I was a beneficiary to her account. He went to them and gave them my phone number and email to contact me. I heard nothing. He went back again on Oct 9th -2020 and gave it to the manager again. I heard nothing. I started calling in October and was passed around a lot told I would get a call back. Nothing happened. In Dec 2020 I was finally passed onto the manager. I asked her to send me what I need to get things done. She said she needed to look into it and call back. She never did. This is still not resolved and not call back or emails and it is now Feb 2021. Very poor customer service from the manager there!!!!
