Ascentra Credit Union think they are your parents. They tell you what you can or cannot buy with your own hard earned cash. I got behind on my car payment do to illness, and this bank locked down all my accounts. I can't get into my checking to get gas money or groceries. Because these employees don't care. There's one woman in there that told me she was going to have my car put into repossession. I have 2 jobs how am I suppose to get to work, and she stated she didn't care. I've ask for refinancing on my car, and they said the rates are to high right now and refused me my right to refinance my vehicle. Tell me do u want a bank like this controlling your money. You make your money you should be able to spend it how ever you choose. It's not for a group of people in a bank to choose what right or wrong for you. That group is something else. Please look around before you decide on this bank.
