Great Experience at Austin Telco
I have only had great experiences at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. From the day I opened my account i was treated well. They kept my money safe. They even offered me many unique investment options. I primarily used their checking account services. I went there regularly to make deposits and the occasional withdrawal. They helped me quickly and professionally. I really liked the atmosphere inside their building too. It was professional yet stylish, and also relaxing like a modern lounge almost. It was a great experience visiting there and doing business with them. I always have a great time when I go there. I plan to continue using them for a very long time. It is convenient for me as they are near my work, I really like their location as well as the services they offer, they treated me well.

With a single review and a 4-star rating, you may think that this is review is being written by someone who works there, but I assure you that I am not in any way affiliated, other than banking there. I currently hold accounts with Bank of America, Chase, and Austin Telco, and Austin Telco rocks!
I no longer live in Texas, so banking remotely with Austin Telco is a tad difficult, especially since I can't do deposits via my cellphone etc as other banks do. But I keep my Austin Telco account as my personal bank account because they are just awesome. Service is great (unlike BoA), fees are reasonable (unlike Chase and BoA), and I can easily reach people by phone (unlike BoA) who are always friendly.
So why not 5 stars? Because their technology is a bit behind compared to other banks who can do cellphone deposits, etc. That's enough for me to fairly take away one star, but no where near enough of a reason for me to bank in my own city. Austin Telco rocks!
Outdated And Unorganized
To start, they lost some of my loan forms which is pretty scary. They also are outdated and doing anything with them takes 4 emails 2 phone calls and sometimes a trip to their office. There are plenty other services that enable interaction with the click of a button, but Austin Telco is not one of these places for some reason. Their staff gives inconsistent information and are overall difficult to work with.
Stay Away! Grifters!
Horrible untrustworthy people and a grifter mentality, stay away! Closed my account and reported them to https://www.ncua.gov/.
