I was a customer for 38 years - and finally decided to close the account - due to a letter I received saying they would start charging $6 a month for the account unless certain minimums. They don't pay hardly any interest on savings account, but can spend millions changing Logo and building new bank.
But the worst part was I went in to close a joint checking account, and all I needed was account number. They did not ask for any ID o or for my wife who was on the account - it seems like a bug security hole. They never asked why I was leaving or anything.
