The best bank I've been with

Bank of New Hampshire has been wonderful to work with and are always extremely willing to go the extra mile. The online experience is also very streamlined and up to date. Most banks have less than functional websites to work with, but Bank of NH isn't one of them. I have a checking account, a business account and a savings account with this bank, and I have never experienced any problems with any of them. From my experience, everything here is conducted in the most professional manner, while still remaining warm and a part of this small community. When I come into the bank, the staff recognizes me and treats me very well. There are also no fees for opening the accounts; they may only ask for a small deposit into the account which is great! Overall, this is most definitely the best bank in NH, and probably in the surrounding states.

Support local banking

I needed to open an account and wanted to support a small local bank. I am glad that I chose this bank. It was for a non-profit that I am part of. The paperwork took a little longer because of a non-profit. She was apologetic and polite the entire time. When I go into the bank to make a deposit, there was no line and the teller was very friendly.

Your Average Bank

I have been with Bank of NH for a few years and have been pleased with their service so far. Their fees are average if not a bit more competitive with other banks. I am always greeted when I walk in to do my banking. They make sure my needs are met and usually tell me of any updates that I can make to my account to make it more productive for me. I enjoy their phone app. It is easy to navigate and manage my accounts. I can also keep an eye on my kids accounts and make transfers over to them if they need it. Drive through service always is a pleasant experience, especially when I have a lot of errands to run, it is nice that I can get the same service at a drive through then I do inside.

A Disappointing And Unfortinate Experience

This review pertains to the Littleton branch only.
We went to the branch today, 8/13/18,hoping to open and account with this bank. We spoke with a very friendly teller who asked us to wait for the more senior teller so that she can assist us. We waited for quite sometime until the more senior teller finished a transaction and a lengthy conversation with a customer. I approached the teller who already appeared annoyed ever before I uttered a word and explained that we wished to open an account. She quickly said- in a rather rude manner-that it was not possible and that we needed to come back at another time given that there was no one available and the lunch hour was approaching- this was 11:15am. I saw two people working in the lobby at the bank. I cannot imagine having a bank open with two people and one who said she was new to the bank and could not help us.
I should have paid attention to the reviews posted and not bother with the Bank of NH in Littleton.

We decided to walk down the street to Mascoma Bank- glad we did. The folks there were super helpful and eager to help. They seemed happy to work at there and eager to be helpful even if you are not a customer.
I would give a big 0 (star) to the Bank of New Hampshire, Littleton if I had that choice.

Horrible Bank

This is a horrible bank. In my experience they have terrible customer service and arcane practices. I would avoid at all costs.

Poor Experience

The bank of New Hampshire, located in Laciona, New Hampshire discriminated against me because of my personal appearances. Today I opened an account with the bank, and was treated disrespectfully because I have tattoos, it's unbelievable that in this day and age people and place' s still are this close minded

This Bank's Online Support Is Terrible!!!

Online billpay support is RUDE and dismissive, those bitches are assholes.

Very Rude And Unhelpful

Hello, I used bank of NH in whitefield for a few months, and it was great, and then I went below my balence by $7 which when i signed up there Mardith said there was a $32 charge for when u went $10 below, and that the first time it happens you will get a letter in the mail and they wont charge the $32 never said anything about the $5 that is charged everyday there is any amount of overdraft and of course they would'nt tell you this part the $32 charge goes by daily just as $5 one, luckily I cought it before before it got to a crazy amount, sadly not quick enough it cost myself my paycheck. If you get Mardith ask for a different clerk trust me shes very rude, will try and scam you by leaveing out finer details when u sign up to top it all off.

I hope this is a eye opener for those out there looking for a good bank.
