I have mixed feelings about my relationship with this bank. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. In the beginning, I had a positive relationship. I felt like the bank knew me. This wasn't important to gain any special treatment, I just liked feeling I was being looked out for. Over the years, I feel like the bank has focused less on personal relationships. I feel like I don't get any of the benefits I expect from a small local bank. In fact, I only get the drawbacks (not great hours, I am just another customer). I've also noticed that some of their fees are higher than other local banks (i.e. foreign currency exchange). I have actually contemplated changing banks. Furthermore, there phone app leaves a lot to be desired.
