WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I have never written a review for getting a mortgage but the experience I had with this bank and Miss Yesika was awesome. My husband and I are are not tech savvy at all and she helped us so much. I was so stressed out about getting a mortgage but she made it so easy. This is a very personable bank and they truly care. Such a blessing to have found this bank.

It is very seldom that you find a financial institution that offers Professionalism, Competence and Excellent Customer Service as a complete package!
Our Loan officer, Yesika Lugo was all of those and we were able to reach her by phone if we had questions. She guided us through the process with ease and at every step the process was exactly what she told us to expect. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best rating in our opinion they should receive at least a 12! They went over and above expectations and we would recommend them and Yesika without hesitation!
