Terrible Experience - Questionable Security Of My Account And Horrible Customer Service.

Posted by: Anonymous | Sep 27, 2012

My experience with this bank was a terrible experience. They did not follow the security procedures agreed upon when I opened the account. After numerous complaints to manager who showed they didn't care, they cancelled my accounts without notice! I would not recommend this bank to anyone wanting to safeguard their money. The customer service was always rude. They didn't appear to care about how the customer was treated or care about the well being of my personal information. That is concerning given identity theft is on the rise.
