Citizens Bank of Kentucky usually seems to swoop in and take over other banks in mergers and such, and have formed a decent selection of branches throughout Eastern KY as far as Winchester KY. Fees are about par for the course, not as good as a Credit Union of course. If you bank with them in KY, you can find an ATM with fees Nationwide, or a good selection of local ATM's. A Visa card with a Chip is included with your account and can be used Nationwide for free to pay bills. I don't know about getting cash back at the register as I do not want to chance a fee. Who carries cash anyway?
They have a weird thing of running charges from the largest to the smallest, which can result in overdraft fees if you haven't opted out, even though they aren't running the charges in terms of when they arrived. Its purpose built to charge more for a pack of gum than to cover the last 10 dollars for your car payment.
