Horrible Customer Service

Customer service at this branch is awful. They recently changed managers and things have only gotten worse. The new faces are unfriendly, rude and do not acknowledge customers. I had issues with banking fees, which was a banking error and the manager knew that and told me so but yet she couldn't reverse the fee. I than left the blankenbaker branch and called st matthews branch and the fee was refunded.

Blankenbaker branch is no good go else where.
