Small Town Feel, Big City Banking
I've been with Coosa Pines since 2003, and every year they are adding fresh, new services. I know they can't afford flashy commercials, but they have all the products offered by the national banks -- such as custom account/balance alerts, Zelle, credit and debit card control app, full service banking app, etc. -- but with the friendly service of a hometown institution. They not only know my name when I walk in, but I have access to shared branches and ATMs all over the country! I love the service, the tech is great, the phones could be better but if you leave a message you DO get a call back. I recommend them over a bank any day!

The web interface is flakey. You can't have your money. If you do business out of state they will shut your card off. If you need to talk to a live body schedule an hour to get someone and another hour of hold time while the clueless crew passes you from person to person only to be disconnected eventually.
I am am not exaggerating try them you'll see...LOL I went elsewhere after a year of this mess of a credit union.
