Membership in Corporate America Family Credit Union is open to anyone through membership in The Hope Group. Individuals who live or work within a 25-mile radius of any CAFCU branch location are eligible to join, as are the employees of several SEGs and family members of the current CAFCU members.

I have been a member with Corporate America Family Credit Union for about 10 years. They have always been fantastic to work with. I currently hold a savings account with them and have held a checking account with them in the past. They do not have a branch local to me but they are always a phone call away. Even being in a different state I can always get in touch with them during hours that are convenient for me. I have never been charged any crazy fees and if something doesn't seem right on my account they promptly make a courtesy call to make sure a charge is legit. I highly recommend banking with them, they are warm and friendly and sincerely appreciate your business.

I opened an account with this credit union in the fall of 2015. I was required to have a savings account with a $5 balance in order open any other account. Consequently I opened a checking account as well. My experience with this Credit Union has been good. Whenever I have to go to the physical location in Irving, Texas I am always in and out very quickly. The tellers are always friendly and speak to me as if they know who I am. The experience has always felt like a very personal experience. Whenever there has been an issue with my account a teller will call me, leave specific call back info, as well as follow up with an email. They have been very diligent and consistent with their communication from the time that I opened my account. Once I called to get information on how to make a very important deposit on a Saturday and the They even gave me shared branch information so that I could make a deposit on a day that they were closed I would definitely recommend Corporate America Family Credit Union to
Banking with a credit union
My husband and I started banking with Corporate America Family Credit Union before we got married so we would have a joint account to put any money we got from the wedding into. We were living in California at the time and moved to Texas were the only branch an hour away from where we would be moving. We kept our account with them, the only negative was having to mail in checks we got because we didn't want to drive all the way to the credit union and their hours weren't the greatest and only open four days a week. We still have an account with them but barely use it anymore.
