Cumberland Valley National Bank has been my local bank for years. The tellers are always nice and quick to serve their customers. I have never had a mistake made on my account and when I make a mistake myself they are there to help me fix it every step of the way. The best part is the services I use are all FREE.
This is my first time banking with this bank and boy has it been an eye opener. I have had issue with everything from mortgages to cashiers checks with this bank. They disclose nothing and then you find out about it later. I really in all honesty think that the government regulators need to look into their banking practices. First they need to take out a mortgage.. and then see they don’t follow any of the things they say in your mortgage. Second they need to take out a home equity. Nothing that you sign means anything because they change the repayment terms different than what you sign ..Fraud .. next they need to get a cashier’s check .. Nowhere on any document that you sign get show that it will take 4 months..yeh I said 4 months for them to put a stop payment on it if its lost.. All i can say is this. If i could go back in time I would stay clear of this bank
