Ent Credit Union is headquartered in Colorado Springs and is the largest credit union in the state of Colorado. It is also the 30th largest credit union in the nation. It was established in 1957 and as of June of 2018, it had grown to 780 employees and 322,540 members at 31 locations. Ent Credit Union has an A+ health rating.
Membership in Ent Credit Union is open to those who live, work, attend school,or worship in Arapahoe, Douglas, Denver, Fremont, El Paso, Pueblo, Jefferson or Teller Counties in Colorado, and in the communities of Dacono, Erie, Frederick, Firestone, Ft. Lupton, or Mead, in Weld County. Membership is also open to civilian and military personnel of the Colorado Air National Guard, Colorado Army National Guard, and those associated with Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado.

I love ENT as every time I go to a branch, whether the one near me, or in the city near me I either am remembered by the teller or just otherwise treated like a person instead of as just another one of their customers. They have gone out of their way for me many times, such as when I wanted to join and they had to dig for why I was being denied (was based on my being a customer 20 years ago when it was under another name, and I was under my maiden name, just needed to be cleared out). I had several other situations that probably weren't typical and I could count on their help even when it meant extra work on their end. I appreciate their optional overdraft protection on their checking accounts. The savings account was also connected to my checking account so that funds could automatically be transferred if I was low, which is an optional feature. Fees are low. I am also able to have debit cards replaced instantly by going to my main branch, instead of having to wait a couple of weeks.
I moved to ENT Federal Credit Union nearly a decade ago. I was previously with banks and had little to no knowledge of credit unions. After a bad experience with my previous bank including ridiculously high fees, no contact from the bank when I should have been alerted of an error, and horrific, impatient, and accusatory customer service experience, I decided to move banks immediately. After doing some research I decided to go with a credit union, specifically ENT. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I have not regretted or even questioned that decision once since the move and try to persuade others in my life to make the same decision. They offer phenomenal customer service and are helpful any time possible. Their fees are incredibly reasonable. They also offer extraordinary banking options such as numerous fee-free ATMs, online banking, mobile banking including check deposit, and other convenience options that make banking with this credit union a no brain-er!
I have been with Ent for about 5 years now, and do not have a single complaint. Customer service is always fantastic; they are readily available, always answer whatever questions I have, and are always ready to help when I need it. The fees seem actually reasonable to me when I make a mistake or something, though I still do hate to get them. However I recognize that the system must have punishment for things such as overdraw, so you know. Anyway, they do everything prompt and proper, and I really don't see myself leaving their service for many years to come.
A member of the bank since the early 1970s, and have always been happy with the service either in town or as in my case from overseas. The phone, internet service has always been outstanding. One of my favorite features in the early years has been the 800 number from many foreign locations and then the ability to access all the facets of my account via the internet to include Bill Pay. I have been a member of the ENT credit union and am super happy. I find their staff helpful, professional and their location convenient. I moved most of my account over from being with a large national chain. The large national banking chain has been anything but helpful and a terrible experience. I was just a number and not a person. I like that ENT treats me like a real person, with real financial goals. I like how they treat my children and make them feel important for depositing their $1 into savings. I wish I had become a customer of this bank sooner.
I started banking with ENT 6 years ago when I first moved to Colorado. They came highly recommended. Right from the start I noticed the difference between them and other banks. The young lady that open my account could not have been nicer. She took her time and ask me question after question about my needs. This was done in a genuine way and I never once felt uncomfortable. She explain each and every product. Please noticed I said explained not sell. In the end I open both a checking and savings account. Today 6 years down the road their services in head and shoulders above the rest. I am alway met with a smile and most of the time with a person that knows my name. I would highly recommend ENT to anyone in need of a better bank.
