Envision Bank is no longer doing business under that name because it has been merged or acquired. See the successor institution Abington Bank.
Account was compromised, as an unauthorized $500 ATM withdrawal was made. ATM card was replaced and stolen funds were returned promptly. Was dreading the process, but Envision made the experience a very pleasant surprise. Had been a happy Randolph Savings Bank customer for a number of years before the name changed. Mobile app isn't great, but as long as they offer their excellent Apex rewards checking account I'll remain a fan.
I've been considering using Randolph Savings for a few days. I reached out to them via their email address this morning to find out more information. I found that their customer support was very responsive, a human responded within 3 minutes to my initial request. I was very impressed and I'm now planning to move my accounts based on that experience.
Be careful when opening account with Envision Bank.
Below are the ACH transfer fees:
Inbound ACH transfer fee: $0.00
Standard outbound ACH transfer fee: $3.00
Next day outbound ACH transfer fee: $4.00
Inbound ACH transfer limit: 5K/month
Opened savings account with Envision Bank couple months ago. Customer service was OK. ACH transfer limit is low and takes 3 business days to clear. Haven't withdrawn money for couple months. This week planned to withdraw money (not close account) and saw the outbound ACH transfer fees.
Updated 4/12/2020:
I requested to close the savings account by calling Envision Bank on 4/3/2020. I had to call back couple times the following days. Customer service associates told me they couldn't close the account and suggested me talk with their manager. I called the manager twice and finally talked to her. She confirmed the account was closed on 4/7/2020. I just logged into bank website today 4/12/2020, and account has not been closed as of today.
Extrememly disappointed in this bank's practices! They returned two check payments despite my having sufficient funds in the account as well as the overdraft protections. I called customer service and went over to a branch. Both individuals informed me that they don't know what happened. I am still dealing with the repercussions today. Shame on them. Be careful with this bank. "I don't know" is a shameful response to recieve from an institution that holds your money.
