Expedition Credit Union is open to anyone through joining the United Educators Foundation ($5 membership fee). Membership is also open to members and employees of Education Minnesota, National Education Association field service employees in the state of Minnesota, Minnesota school staff and administrators who belong to their state or national organization, and School District 283 of St. Louis Park.

New Interface Challenging
Since launch of new name and new online interface, banking with this institution has become challenging. The new user interface is slower, but until recently has been serviceable. Without any changes on my end, the bill pay is now inaccessible on our joint account. Using multiple personal computers and even attempting access through the mobile app has proven fruitless. This has been "elevated" to some IT function about two weeks ago without any communication to me since notifying ECU about the issue. Calling in to attempt to get an update stalls at the customer service rep with no ability to speak with someone else, no ability to know what's being done, no evidence that anyone cares.
