I feel the move closing other branches is a bad idea . Fairmont is inconvent enough there present branches are in accable for customers don't have cars now there moveing to a place whare buses don't run the buses that travel down the connector is pleasant valley mall it's to and from pleasant Valley Road edgemont loop comes from arbers and Mt Harmany comes from side road from Morgantown Ave and they only aloud to stop at the 4 bus booths on the gate way there's no bus goes up there but gateway mall no one knows times when it stops at the depot in town if you have to walk the highway is to more dangerous than universty ave in Morgantown to cross
VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT VIA PHONE & CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNSURE HOW TO HELP...SAD
I am very dis-pleased with the the lack of customer service provided. This credit union was great but they have gone down hill in regards to customer service. When I tried to reach a live representative 38 minutes had passed and it took me three attempts...then I was transferred to a dead connection because the live agent said that she could not help!?!...VERY SAD
