Field of Membership Restrictions
Membership in First Commerce Credit Union is open to those who live or work in the Florida counties of Baker, Calhoun, Columbia, Dixie, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee, Taylor, Wakula, Walton, or Washington, or the Georgia counties of Atkinson, Berrien, Brooks, Clinch, Colquitt, Cook, Lanier, Lowndes, Thomas, or Tift. Individuals who live in select Florida and Georgia Counties who join the First Commerce Credit Union Foundation also qualify for membership.

TERRIBLE AND DATED
First Commerce has a terrible online site. It's ultimately impossible to pay any loan account directly from the account established and much less using another account. Setting up a recurring payment is also close to impossible. There are separate sites for everything and nothing is explicitly clear on the site.
I to had to ask 3 branch representatives on 3 separate occasions attempt to set up a reoccurring payment for a loan with FC.
Thar isn't the worse part, FC is charging me PPI an requesting proof of insurance when proof was required for loan approval. I had to call the insurance and add the bank as a lien holder because the bank was/is incapable of doing so themselves. When I called customer service, they were unable to help AT ALL. Customer service told me to call back the next to hopefully find a loan officer who could help.
I'm socked, bothered, and overall disappointed that I didn't do better research when deciding on a bank to finance my loan.
