Field of Membership Restrictions

Membership in First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union is open to anyone living in Pennsylvania or New Jersey through membership in the American Consumer Council. Membership is also open to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Pennsylvania counties of Easton, Lehigh, or Northampton, or Maxatawny Township (Berks County, PA) or Lehighton Borough, (Carbon County, PA), or Warren County, New Jersey.
