Went to refinance my auto and was told that they do not have a minimum credit score requirement. After two days I received a phone call that I was denied because of my credit score, that is called bait and switch. Already had paid off a vehicle with them ahead of time, all I know is that I will never do business with this bank, ever.
One cannot open an account unless one "regularly works, lives or worships in the Imperial Valley." No affinity groups or other means of qualification are allowed.
On any browser, indicator keeps circling as cannot connect with server. Thus ZERO serviceability, folks. I was in banking for years and we never had that problem, even when the chinese were trying to hack in.
