I have banked with First National Bank of Eastern Arkansas for over 20 years. I opened my first checking account there when I was 17 and got my first job. Since then, I have opened Savings accounts for myself and my children. The tellers in my town have become my friends. They recognize me and I know most of them by name. It is a very pleasant experience when I go into the bank. Sometimes I choose to go inside instead of just using the ATM, just so I can speak and say hello. There are branch banks in the surrounding towns. This makes it convenient if I am going out of town and need to stop by the bank before I go out of town. They are also open on Saturdays. I am glad to have a hometown bank that treats its customers like family.
