Recommended To Me

This credit union was recommended to me by a friend. I had just moved her from Carolina and could no longer use my previous credit union. Very nice facilities, people, and my money feels safe.

Upgraded And Efficient

Posted by: |

Really nice place to do business with. They actually treat you kindly. I have banked her for a long time, and for a while it seemed they were going to not update their technology but a couple of years ago everything changed and everything is way more efficient! It is hard to find a place you can trust that is also local and not a huge big bank. Thank you!

Account Service From The Stone Age

Been a member for over 30 years...... so I wasn't using the account and all of a sudden a $10.00 inactivity fee appeared on it. No problem we just close the account. Was told to go to a branch office upon explaining I'm not in Alabama I was told I have to send a letter, like in the mail to request paperwork to close it and provide two forms of ID and send the letter back. In this day and age not being able to do it on line or over the phone is totally out of line.
Caveat emptor, this may not be your best choice for banking.
