I'm assuming that they don't have anyone who knows what professionalism looks like working at Fortera.
Don't waste your time trying to call them - they'll put you on hold for hours at a time. They have no call back system.
Don't get your mortgage through them (see comment above about professionalism) - they will list your loan twice on the lien so that you have to be put on hold for hours of your time, with no professionals who know what to do when they f* it up.
