So after issue after issues with PNC, HuntingtonBank, and Chase I decided to make a change. Credit unions are where it’s at!! I happen to use the Carmel branch at 116th St. I have several accounts business ,personal loans ,credit cards , checking and savings now. When I walk in this branch, everyone greets me says hello by my name. If there happens to be a line the loan specialist ,the managers, get out of their office and do the transaction themselves. Everyone at that branch is simply amazing. Stephen, Kenzie, Ryan and literally everyone at that branch. If you are using a big bank now’s the time to get out! You deserve better treatment I also should mention they don’t care if you buy crypto with your account!! Loans approved instantly! I could go on and on! I have happened to use other branches, and I have felt just as welcome not to mention you can also use other credit unions to make deposits/transactions to your Forum accounts
I've been a member for a long time now, the overall service is wonderful, and the people and staff are extremely friendly. I recommend this Credit Union to everyone. I wrote this because I saw a nasty review from someone who had a problem taking responsibly for their own finances. If people like this would spend more time watching their own finances vs. writing uncalled-for hate mail to a business that is truly loved by most, they would be a much happier person. Thanks Forum for doing a great job.
This financial institution is locally operated which I appreciate. I had once accidentally overdrawn my account from not cancelling an auto-pay of some kind and I went in person to speak to someone about having the charges reversed. I was unsure if they would do so, but I thought it never hurt to try. Not having ready access to a babysitter, I had to bring all three of my children in and wait on a busy Monday morning. While in line, I was offered not only a lollipop for each of my children, but also a coloring book that they happened to have behind the counter. Once I was able to speak to speak to someone about my account, they ended up reversing the overdraft and I was so happy they could do so.
To the worthless turds in management. How can you continue to charge your customers fee when you are the one in the wrong? After repeated conversations with customer, no service, I was only told this is company policy and there’s nothing that can be done. What a terrible way to do business.
