Horrible Experience/Complete Run-A-Round/Waste Of Time
Jumped thru one hurdle after another just trying to open a Cd!!??!
Fill a Preliminary form to get a call from someone to call you back/email-which they don't??!?!
HUH??!?
Then after filling the Preliminary form to get to More questions, I called three times to get the 2nd Trial application(for a CD??!?-what approval is necessary when yout lending the bank your funds??)
Then, they still drop the ball after giving email now 3x's and still having to call again for my evaluation??!?

Website Is Less Than Inviting
Their website is just atrocious and useless. They ask all information about you even before they show you what their rates are. "Show me yours, and I'll show you mine"? C'mon, this is banking and not a kindergarten!
No Information On Website.
Was looking into their 12 month at 5.5% APY. Went to their website and looked into CDs. Always like to check what Bankrate says and the bank themselves say. No such luck at Global Innovations Bank. If you hit Cds, The next screen give you a button to apply. NO RATES, NOTHING!!!!
This is the first sign to STAY AWAY!!!!!
