Wonderful Video Teller Maria
I was treated as royalty by the most professional and pleasant video teller named Maria, she went out of her way to make sure my deposit was successful, she even warned me about grabbing my money fast because it was a windy day, I didn't know Greater Nevada Credit Union had a drive up video service. It was comfortable, convenient and this lady was kind and so polite. I was impressed by the service.

Worst Bank Ever
We moved across country and the bank isn't there. not able nor is it practical to stick with them. This "institution" has done everything in its negligence and greed to delay the final closing. meanwhile as my account need to be at zero to close it. Some fees snuck through days after we requested it get closed and nobody informed us that they were not able to close the account. Meaning they slapped us with over $300 dollars in fees for an account we don't want, use, or need.
The mobile app is pretty intuitive as a basic platform. But getting in contact with someone who can actually help you facilitate any sort of help is wasted effort at best. Most of the time you get and automated message calling you phone saying to please call the bank as it is important.
