Worst Customer Service!!
I ca not believe you have employees, including a Branch Manager who don't know thier job descriptions, or responsibilities. Since the transition, I have requested new Debit Cards 3-Times!!! With every single employee, including a Branch Manager promising me delivery within 3-days. Of course, they never came!! When I confronted the Branch Manager about it, he said there is nothing he could do, but asked me to continue to wait. I went again to get my debit cards, and he told me to go do my banking somewhere else!! What a freaking stupid Branch Manager!!
