Terrible Customer Service In Mortagage Dept.

This has to be the worst institution to try & secure a loan for a mortgage. They will mislead you & drag their feet...meanwhile time passes by. Don't expect return calls or responses to e-mails AT ALL!!!! They aren't the friendliest either especially AA.......STAY AWAY.  YOU"VE BEEN WARNED.
