Fraud Victim

Description of Complaint:
I was a victim of Fraud including Unauthorized Debit Card Transactions, as well as ID Theft and a victim of a Phishing E-Mail appearing to be from PayPal. I have tried numerous times to present my evidence to Infuze Credit Union and I have also hired an Internet Security Firm and I have paid for a Professional Security Report that details exactly how I fell victim and how my Personal and Financial Information was used by a scammer. I have also corresponded with Wagbit Security LLC and I have confirmed his report is viable and detailed and I have him as an Expert Witness and I have also got proof of how my information was breached by way of Credit Bureaus and Credit Karma. I also have had more contact with the Osage Beach Police and I have also been reaching out to additional state regulators. I have made several requests by e-mail asking specific questions and they have been ignored too and that's violating my rights and nothing is getting addressed, I will provide that to the BBB as well. Infuze's Actions by not allowing me a Debit Card when I have fallen victim has forced me to open up other Secured Cards or Cards opened up under my company name, and then linking to Infuze and that's the way I am able to conduct what business I need to do, there forcing me to find alternatives and I check closely to make sure they don't come at me like they always have and there retaliating and I am bound to prove that. So my Expert Witness, Wagbit Security is drawing up additional supporting evidence and I will bring him to Arbitration and or Court if deemed essential. BBB see the following, and its still not been addressed, I requested this and I want the answers for my info and or provide to legal counsel, including Arbitration and or Attorneys including a Judge.
