Plainfield branch do not recommend awkward not friendly or approachable felt like I had to force a conversation or she was bother by assisting a minority customer. but besides that good CU atms n app is great…part of coop atms so that’s always good and convenient they don’t seem so hung up on fees and charging for everything it’s a relief coming from a out of state federal CU that loved taxing. Members I look forward to learning and growing with Intandem. Fees and interest rates could definitely be better. I’m a huge reader so knowing newsletter about the cu is huge. Transperancy is everything.
Cedar Springs Branch
I stopped by last Friday and withdrew $100 from the ATM. Went to the drive up window to exchange my 5 $20’s for a $100 bill. They would not do it because I didn’t have an account with them!!
I am a credit union member and was only exchanging money! I will never do business with Intandem Credit Union again and will be sure to tell this story to all my friends and family. Also, the credit Union teller referred to me as “hon”. So disrespectful!
