Membership in Centric Federal Credit Union is open to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in the Louisiana parishes of Bienville, Caldwell, Catahoula, Claiborne, Concordia, East Carroll, Franklin, Grant, Jackson, LaSalle, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Richland, Tensas, Union, Webster, West Carroll, or Winn; or the Arkansas counties of Ashley, Bradley, Calhoun, Chicot, Drew, or Union. Any business or other legal entity located in those parishes/counties is also eligible for membership.

I am a local in the Monroe-West Monroe area and have been banking with Centric for years, holding both a business and personal account. In my experience, this is the most discriminatory bank I have come across. Credit unions are meant to support and uplift the community, but unfortunately, this institution falls short in that regard.
No matter how much I try to get help from this Institution they always find an excuse on why they cannot help. I have spoken to several African Americans who have faced similar challenges, so I will be pursuing legal action.
