I am a teacher and I bank at Knoxville Teacher's Federal Credit Union (KTFCU). I have a checking account, savings account, car loan, mortgage, and a personal loan for my son's braces at at KTFCU. I love banking there because they're all so nice to me. My check is directly deposited there. I have it set up to where different amounts of money go into each account (checking and savings) each month. Putting some money into savings automatically is helpful to me because it forces me to save more. I am definitely not a natural saver. Almost all of my bills are set up to be automatically deducted from my checking account so I don't have to spend much time paying bills. Their website is very easy to use. I can log in and see my balance and my statement. I can pay bills and transfer money at the push of a button. Additionally their fees are very minimal which is an additional perk. All of my interactions with KTFCU have been very positive. I recommend KTFCU to all of my area teaching friends every chance I get.
